this time i need u guys opinion..
my organization want to make one carnival..
that carnival is more to sport carnival..
on that carnical there is 4 sport program:
1. futsal (open to all)
2. tug of war( tarik tali)- (open and ipt)
3. basket ball 3 vs 3 (open)
4. net ball
so, in your opinion,
how can i make this program perfect?
how can i publish this program to all people so that they can join this program?
we make so many way to promote this program.
such as sent an invited letter to the other university,
make an flyers, banner and in our web..
if u guys have other idea that want to share..
please do that..hihihi

To make something perfect we must prepare earlier. Same as u want organizes program. The first step u can take is make a descriptions job which is describe duties, responsibilities and contributions and outcomes needed from a position.( tugas ajk yg terlibat) . Than u may do the work schedule, so your ‘ajk’ can know when they will do their duty. To know what job for every position , as a leader u must do the Work Check List. If your program needs a rehearsal, u must do that to prevent the technical glitch and make sure the program can run perfectly. ( for carnival sports I’m not sure)
Lastly, make a postmortem after the program @ carnival runs to help u make a report and improve if there is mistakes while run the program.
