My house not had an internet service, so I write many blog first and copy to blog. So that’s why I send many blog for the same time but a different story. I’m always going to cyber café or borrow my friend’s laptop to online at restaurant that had a wi-fi service.

In 28th May 2009 at 5.15 am. Squad Catalan from Spain known as FC Barcelona was crown as Winner in UEFA Champions League Cup 2009. They defeated last year winner, Manchester United by 2-0. The game very interesting and I enjoying watch it because the winner is my side. Catalan proved that they can win this cup from the beginning campaign.

Today I would share about my experience when I read a book. When I started read a book, I will find my head was very sleepy. It not just read a study book, everything kind a book. But when I playing game, why I don’t feel like that. It strange, why I don’t I feel like that when I reading, it best because when we reading we can get more knowledge. I like to read, but when I started read I will sleepy, that’s why I can’t read many book. But when I relax and do not know what to do, I will take a book and read but I will not finished it because when I want continue the sleepy was coming..hahaha

Today I would like to share about the movie I watched last night. The movie title is The Bourne Identity. This movie about a man called Jason Bourne want to find about identity. His cannot remember what happened to him because he lost his memory. This movie was interesting because had many action in story line. His find that he was under project called Thread Stone a special U.S agent. Thread Stone try to kill him because they don’t want anyone know about that project. Finally the Thread Stone was stopped but Jason Bourne still did not get back his memory.

This evening I would to tell about the Blood Diamond history, how it get its name. It’s was started in Sierra Leone is a country in Africa. It’s famous with a history about blood diamond. Blood diamond is a tragedy for this country. Diamond is main income for Sierra Leone, because of it, they become greedy to get a power and fight each other. They sold diamond in black market to get a weapon and declare war to government. They also use a child to fight with no feel guilty. That war was happened for 30 years. That’s why it’s called Blood Diamond.

Any day now Burj Dubai will overtake Taipei 101 and become the world's tallest building. It's already significantly higher than the Chicago Sears Tower (not counting the spire), and is quickly approaching the title of the highest concrete free-standing structure.

This is some fact about the burj....
- The triple-lobed footprint of the building is based on an abstracted desert flower native to the region.



- A subtle reference to the onion domes of Islamic architecture can be found in the building's silhouette when looking up at the lobes from near the base.
- The tower will be situated on a man-made lake which is designed to wrap around the tower and to provide dramatic views of it.
- Engineers working on the design considered installing triple-decker elevators, which would have been the first in the world. The realized building will use double-decker elevators.
- The top of the building will contain a public observation deck and a private club above that.
- Although the building's shape resembles the bundled tube concept of the Sears Tower, it is structurally very different and is technically not a tube structure.
- The design by Skidmore Owings & Merrill replaces a plan to reuse the design for Grollo Tower, which was proposed in Melbourne a few years earlier.


- Designed by Adrian D. Smith, FAIA, RIBA Design Partner at Skidmore Owings & Merrill LLP.
- "Burj" is Arabic for "Tower".
- Burj Dubai will become the world's tallest building, along with the world's tallest man-made structure when it is completed.

i want to share with all my friends about sacrifice..

As we already know, we cannot deny the greatness of our beloved parent’s sacrifice, how they have spent most of the time lives to secure our future; their children’s future. From the time we were infants until we become useful people, they care for us.This is a story that relates to their sacrifice..
it is a story about a boy and a tree in a countryside.Once upon a time, when a boy was a small child, he used to play with a particular tree everyday as a hobby. Tree was very happy and wished that it could stop time from going on so that it could stay with the boy forever. But time goes on by and the boy gradually grows older day by day, year by year. Eventually, he doesn’t play with the tree anymore. So, the tree becomes very sad and lonely. One gloomy morning, as the tree was standing alone, remembering the happy days they had together, it got a shock joy as the boy come back. He had come to ask for money and the tree didn’t hesitates even the least to give and sacrifice all it had with its capability, shedding all its leaves to give to the boy, leaving it bare and cold. The boy went away happily but didn’t return for along time. A few years passed by and the boy has grown into a handsome man. Eventually, he came back to visit the tree, asking yet another favor for wood to build of his house. Once again, the tree sacrificed itself and was partly cut down. But again, the boy left the tree alone and never come back anymore. In this story, the tree symbolizes our parents. The reality today is just as such. Children never appreciate their parents’ sacrifice but always asking for more. Parents, on the other hand, never abandon their children’s hope and sacrifice all they could. Some nowadays think that money could pay for what they have done, that is by giving their parents money. Actually, this concept is totally wrong. Always remember, love has no substitute, be it billions of dollars or ringgit, no value can match the price of love. One thing need to remember is that, even if you service your parent for whole of your life, you still cannot pay for what they have done for you. The parent’s sacrifices are invaluable....

Nasopharyngeal Cancer (NPC) by ijam..a117678

Last day I was told about treatment for cancer,
today I would like to tell about one example of cancer.
It is nasopharyngeal cancer (NPC).
This cancer is developing in the nasopharynx,
an area in the back of the nose toward the base of skull.
Mostly, for this cancer they will do the three treatments.
Firstly they will have operation to remove the lump
then follow up with chemo and radiotherapy.
The basic symptom for this cancer is patients will has migraine,
nose bleeding and others. This cancer is popular in China
and in Malaysia it always occurs to Chinese.
When patients done all the three treatment they will get
some effects, there is lower content of saliva and
it makes the mouth become dry. This effect is due to the
radiotherapy and it is permanent.

it is true??hmm..

Research at University of Chicago have reported that sleep deprivation upsets our hormone balance,triggering both of decrease in leptin(which help you feel full) and increase of ghrelin(which trigger hunger).

hmm..they are come out with the result!,I think this is really true...just practice it...
but for me,when more sleep make me more lazy..

p/s sleep maybe the cheapest and easiest obesity treatment for others but not for me...I will become more indolent!!

I don’t know how to start it….because it is embarrassing me….huhu…but this thing haunted my head all the time…and finally it makes me deeply deeply goes down...huhuhu never mind loh… I will share just a part of the story k…erk??how about the other part??...heheh you know right??private and confidential babe...the story is start with, I lost “something precious” that belong to her..and she got angry to me…at the first time she speak harsh to me, and than she hint artfully something that make my heart break a part(cewah!)….I try to calm down but my tears….adeeeiii….can’t wait to fall down loh...it is so embarrassed me…and at that time also, many couple of eyes are not missed their chances to look at me…huhu..i don’t know where to hide my face…while I busy with my tear bathing she busy lectured me on what had happen(blablabla...i don't pay my attention on it)...from now on, I won’t be there anymore to see her face…but don’t worry, I’m not gonna run away just like that..that is not me..I will give what yours back but it doesn’t mean I take it…my parents doesn’t ever taught me to do like that…i know what it is good and bad...but don’t simply blamed me…how about the others??? but now I accept it, may be God want to test me…believe it…what you give and later on you will get back…

Yesterday I had read a book entitled MR BEAN IN TOWN.

This book contains two short stories about 'Steak Tartare' and 'The Laundrette'.

'Steak Tartare' is about Mr Bean goes to restaurant for his birthday dinner.

He only have 11 pounds and fifty-five pence, and all the foods are too expensive.
He orders a steak tartare but he doesn’t like it because the meat didn't cook. He didn't admit it because he don't want people think that he's stupid. Many funny things happened while he tried to hide all the steak around.


Before that, the funniest is when he took a birthday card and envelope and wrote his name on that card and put it on the table. He pretended like somebody remembered his birthday.

AirAsia Vs MAS .........by A120090

MAS and AirAsia are now currently busy promoting their own airlines. I support AirAsia. For those who have keep with the news, you should know very well that MAS use pretty dirty tactics in luring customers.

When KLIA was officially launched several years back, there was simply not enough runways and gates for AirAsia to land their planes. Hence, there is a constant delay in their flights schedule. Since KLIA unofficially belongs to MAS, it is without doubt that their planes were given more priority than AirAsia.

But the people said AirAsia service is lousy and the flights are always delayed.

Bad news die hard. AirAsia seldom faces delay anymore after the toil and sweat to build a new terminal (LCCT) is finally approved by the government. Until now, I still listen to people saying that AirAsia service is unsatisfying. Years ago, that is true. But now, not anymore. During my many experience with AirAsia, my flights were never delayed.

Before LCCT was constructed, AirAsia, seeing that KLIA is insufficient to provide for huge amount of plane traffic, and therefore proposed to use/buy/rent the Subang Terminal.

Government says NO. They said that they aim KLIA to be the main hub for planes. This purpose would not be achieved if AirAsia moved to Subang. They claim as well that since Subang is nearer, more customers will be attracted to AirAsia and MAS business might suffer. Instead, the government intends to change Subang Terminal into a place to fix planes.

Yet, now, Firefly (belongs to MAS) is currently operating at Subang, with advertisement splashing all over the national newspaper saying - 'And we are nearer - at Subang Terminal'.

MAS has a new plan. Following AirAsia's steps, MAS is slashing their flight price as well. And at the very same flight route where AirAsia is promoting zero fare as well. There are so many other flight routes, yet MAS decides to go all out to steal customers from AirAsia.

AirAsia has limited flight routes. They are facing difficulty to get approval to fly some route for their competitor does not want them to steal all their business. Dirty tactics.

Today, I saw a red advertisement promoting zero fare to go to Bangkok. My first impression is that it is another promotion from AirAsia. Looking closer, it is actually a promotion from MAS Airlines.

Such copycat. Scooping so low...

Shame on you MAS. Go AirAsia!

Hye friends..Here I want to share with you’ll about the treatment that done for person who get a cancer. Cancer is a disease where it some production of the cell where our body did not want it. Basically the patient will done three treatment there is operation, chemotherapy and radiotherapy.
• Operation:
Operation will do to remove the source of the cancer. It like some lump, this lump will be at any position of the patient’s body. This lump will not make the patients feel painful and sometime patients do not conscious about that. This operation is depending on the type of cancer and the position of the lump. Some time doctors will not done the operation because they did not to take any risks. Operation is the first treatment will be done before the other treatment.

• Chemotherapy:
Chemotherapy is drug therapy that can stop these cells from multiplying. However, it can also harm healthy cells, which causes side effects. During chemotherapy patients may have no side effects or just a few. The kinds of side effects that patients have depend on the type and dose of chemotherapy that they get. Side effects vary, but common ones are nausea, vomiting, tiredness, pain and hair loss. Healthy cells usually recover after chemotherapy, so most side effects gradually go away. The course of therapy will depend on the cancer type, the chemotherapy drugs used, the treatment goal and how body responds. Patients may get treatment every day, every week or every month. They may have breaks between treatments so that their body has a chance to build new healthy cells. Patients might take the drugs by mouth, in a shot or intravenously.

• Radiotherapy
Radiotherapy is the medical use of ionizing radiation as part of cancer treatment to control malignant cells. Most common cancer types can be treated with radiotherapy in some way. The precise treatment intent will depend on the tumors type, location, and stage, as well as the general health of the patient. The radiation fields may also include the draining lymph nodes if they are clinically or radiologic ally involved with tumors, or if there is thought to be a risk of subclinical malignant spread. It is necessary to include a margin of normal tissue around the tumors to allow for uncertainties in daily set-up and internal tumor motion. These uncertainties can be caused by internal movement (for example, respiration and bladder filling) and movement of external skin marks relative to the tumors position.
